Early Dismissal
Early Dismissal
As a reminder, each Wednesday will be an early dismissal for all elementary students. Elementary schools will dismiss at 1:45 p.m. every Wednesday. For families who participate in after-school child care, the after-school program will be extended every Wednesday at no additional cost. For families who need care, you must register with your school’s program by noon the day prior.

Cherry Creek School District is celebrating a milestone year for student and staff wellness: twelve CCSD schools have been named to the Alliance for a Healthier Generation's 2026 America's Healthiest Schools Award list, double the six schools honored last year. The award recognizes schools that go above and beyond to support the whole child, and this year's growth is a testament to the dedication of CCSD staff across the district.

For years, Colorado cafeteria workers have served millions of free breakfasts and lunches under the state's Healthy School Meals for All program.

The Colorado State Board of Education approved Cherry Creek School District’s Teacher Degree Apprenticeship Program, a partnership with the Community College of Aurora that allows aspiring teachers to earn a degree and licensure while working in classrooms.

Starting pay:
Bus Drivers - $24.69/hr
Non-CDL Drivers - $22.26/hr
Bus Assistants - $19.63/hr
Student Payments Moved to MySchoolBucks
Starting March 23, 2026, all student fees and purchases are managed through MySchoolBucks (MSB) - the same system already used for meal payments. You can now view and pay meals and fees in one place.
